REMINDER: HATCH project
Information was sent out to parents earlier this week regarding the free HATCH project for ages 10-16 being run by 4Motion at Bodmin College. This is a project to support 120 young people living in and around the areas of Bodmin, Newquay, Penryn and Redruth. The aim is to unite young people with new friends and experienced dance, yoga and wellbeing practitioners between October 2021-March 2022, delivering weekly classes, 1:1 mentoring and group coaching. They aim to work with the young people as a collective to dream up, co-create and HATCH a plan to help them embrace, nurture and celebrate their wellbeing. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an application form or give her a call on 07807580204.
REMINDER: Twice weekly home testing
Thank you for your support in lateral flow testing of students. It has been invaluable in keeping all at the College as safe as possible in these uncertain times. Unfortunately, we are experiencing delays to our latest delivery of the LFD tests. Whilst we await updated information from the government regarding these deliveries, please can I ask you to order new tests using the link below:
There is a small reserve of spare tests held by me in PE1 for students to collect should you be unable to use the link above. I apologise for the inconvenience caused and will endeavour to get tests out to all students as soon as they become available.
