We have received notification from South West Water that they will be carrying out essential drainage works on the triangle of Respryn Road and Lostwithiel Road starting on Monday 11th July. Please be aware that this will cause some disruption when dropping off and collecting students. There will be 3-way traffic lights in operation for approximately 9 weeks. Please see this letter and map for more details.
NEW: Planner Cover Competition
We are running a competition to find front cover images for our student and staff planners for next year. Entries welcome from all students. CLOSING DATE: 15th JULY.
The theme is motivation and inspiration. It can be in the form of a photograph, a painting, a drawing, multi-media images or quotations.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with entries.

The winning entry will have their work displayed on our school planner covers and will receive a mystery prize.
REMINDER: Year 10 Business Enterprise
Year 10 Business Enterprise continues next week, for the remaining 4 Year 10 tutor groups who have not yet been involved. Students are invited to wear smart, professional dress, as appropriate to the world of work. They may wear suits, smart tailored shorts, shirts/polo shirts/ties, knee-length dresses/skirts, and small heeled shoes if they wish, however they must be able to walk in them confidently for the presentations and must also bring sensible flat shoes. Smart black jeans and black trainers will also be permitted. Hoodies, tracksuits, white/coloured trainers, blue jeans/ripped jeans, skirts/dresses which are shorter than permitted school uniform length, cropped tops, excessive make up etc. will not be acceptable and parents will be contacted to provide school uniform if students' dress is not deemed appropriate.
The Business Enterprise days will take place as follows:
- Monday/Tuesday 11th/12th July - 10.5 and 10.6
- Wednesday / Thursday 13th/14th July - 10.3 and 10.4
Space is a new free programme for any parent or carer who wants to better understand and support their children's emotions, as well as their own. Please see this flyer for more details.
