PASTORAL SUPPORT WORKER

35 Hours per Week (38 working weeks - Term Time only)

Permanent, to start as soon as possible

Salary Range from £17,121 to £18,647 pro rata per annum (reduced for term time only working)

Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed Pastoral Support Worker at Bodmin College. The role of the Pastoral Support Worker is to maintain the school’s attendance targets and deal daily with pastoral issues as they arise acting as an early response for a range of pastoral concerns. You will play a significant role in liaison with parents and wider agencies, monitoring and evaluating patterns of attendance, behaviour, and rewards within a year group. The successful candidate will support and provide a complimentary service to the Assistant Designated Safeguarding Lead and support staff in the school.
